János Flösser

Janos Flösser is a Partner at Promentum Equity Partners. Janos comes from a background in Music Science, Audio Engineering, and TV production, and holds experience in multiple areas of the entertainment industry. 

Janos has previously worked at DR as chief sub-editor, and production manager at Young & Rubicam's Danish startup in Copenhagen, and he also has experience from production with Nordisk Film. His hallmark achievement however is his founding of IO Interactive, the danish Games Publisher responsible for the Hitman series.

IO Interactive became world-renowned for its high production value of games, with some even being adapted into theaters worldwide. The company was later sold to Square Enix, where Janos headed up their Western studio as Chief Creative Officer. Janos holds more than 25 years of experience as a serial entrepreneur, with experience in entertainment and digital economies. He has received numerous awards and uses surplus time as a mentor and committee member.
